We've Arrived to our New Home -- CAMBODIA!

I write this from the living room of our new apartment in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. We both walked in and felt such a whirlwind of emotions. It will take time to adjust to the reality of living here long-term, but I know God will meet us where we are at. In fact, I know that to be true.
Our flight was quick - only a 3hr lay over in Seattle and then a 12hr flight to Incheon, South Korea followed by another 5hr flight into Phnom Penh. Our wonderful friends, Eric and Ginny Hanson greeted us along with Emily from New York. It's so good to see familiar faces when embarking on such an unfamiliar journey.
Anyways, I should get some sleep...it's 1:15am and I'm wide awake (thanks, jet lag). Here are a few snaps from our apartment in the RAW. We haven't take showers yet and our stuff is everywhere. Ha! Noelle will probably be dreaming of ways she can decorate. It will be so much fun.

Thanks to God for your speedy travel although I am sure you felt it quite long. But you are there and both look great. Your apartment looks quite nice and I am sure you will be decorating the walls and all soon. I am not sure about the stove. It really looks different. Do you have a clothes dryer or do they just dry as soon as they come out because of the weather? Ha Ha. Love you guys so much and I pray for you often throughout the day and that your blessings will be great in your travel with the Lord's commission.
Hey Jacob, I talked to your Mom last night. She called and said she had to talk to her other mother. We had a nice conversation. It was good visiting with her and sharing our love for you guys. Love you.
Great to hear from you already. So happy you had a good flight and you are there safely. Your new home looks fantastic. Not what I had pictured in my mind - not sure what I pictured really, but something different!. Be well and rest up for that shopping spree for things for the apartment. Love you and miss you lots.

Your appartment's Kitchen looks nearly the opposite of Erik and Ginny's. Did you ever find out what the owner "stored" in it? :o) So glad you made it there safely!! Blessings!!!
